This is a LuangPhor Sothon (LPS) medal, Wat SothonWaraRam, Chachoengsao province, B.E.2537.
LPS is actually a Buddha Statue, but people also call HIM "LuangPhor" which is the folk word called to any Buddha Statues or highly respectful Buddhist monks.
R.A.M CODE: The medal was produced by Royal Australian Mint (R.A.M.) on the order of the temple. The code R.A.M. was chopped on the Buddha image's base.

The medal was initiated by Phra Phrom KunaBhorn (Jiam Kullawanich) while having the monk rank as Phra RajPhutthiRangsie.
BY MOST FAMOUS ABBOT: Phra Phrom KunaBhorn was the most famous abbot of Wat SothonWaraRam. He was the abbot of the temple during B.E.2507-2540. It's he who created many wellknown and popular amulets for the temple.
The RAM medal was blessed by senior monks of the temple all through the 3 month-lent period.

A MOST IMPORTANT BUDDHA STATUE: The image on the medal represents the Sothon Buddha statue which is one of the most important Buddha statues of the country.

BOILED EGGS OFFERING: Those who have received blessings from LPS, and their wishes are fulfilled, often make offerings of boiled eggs as a way to fulfill their requests. The number of eggs offered varies depending on one's faith and financial status, ranging from as few as 3 eggs to as many as 200,000 eggs.
From news report, a Chinese female CEO has offered 200,000 boiled eggs to LPS after her request on business was completely successful.
16 DEITIES' PROTECTION: While LP Charan, the famous former abbot of Wat Amphawan, Singhburi province, was still alive, he disclosed that the Sothon Buddha statue has 16 Devas (deities) to protect HIM. These Devas also help and give fortune and windfalls to people.
