This is a VHTF PhraBudh NangBua, created and blessed by LP Paan, Wat PikulSokan, Ayutthaya in early 2450s, and distributed at Wat SiRoi, Angthong province.
PhraBudh NangBua = Lord Buddha sitting over lotus flowers
It's a great amulet of a hundred years age, created & blessed by a top master of the country.
Having money does not mean easiness to find this kind of amulet because it's an amulet of the Master of Masters.
You may not know while many professional amulet dealers sell multi-million-THB-value items, they hide LP Paan's amulet of this kind in their shirt pocket !!
LP Paan was the teacher of the very famous LP Parn Wat BangNomkho (B.E.2418-2481) and LP Chong Wat Natangnok (B.E.2415-2508) for incantations and Dhamma knowledge.
This is why LP Paan has been very highly respected by Thai people.
The amulets of this batch created by LP Paan to help LP Boon, the then abbot of Wat SiRoi and one of his disciples, to raise fund for the temple renovation.
Most of the amulets were distributed as gift for donors. While some were contained under the base of "LuangPhor Toh" - the big sitting Buddha statue in Wat SiRoi.
LP Paan PhraBudh NangBua have always been sought and searched by veteran collectors, but not easy because there are not many circulated in amulet circle.
The great amulet as seen is so efficacious for KlaewKlaad, Metta, warding off black magics and vicious spirits, and anything at wishes by requesting.
LP Paan finished ultra Dhamma of Apinya (Abhinna/Pali) - able to shorten distance, teleportation - moving himself to another place without traversing the physical space.
FOOD OFFERINGS FROM THE TREES:
When a group of disciples followed LP Paan for pilgrimage and Dhamma practice in jungle.
All disciples were hard to receive food offerings from anyone for such the jungle environment.
But LP Paan was receiving food offerings from Rukkha Devas (divine livings inhabited in big trees). He opened his alm bowl in front of the big trees and stood till for a moment.
His alm bowl would then be filled with strange fragrant rice just 4-5 ladles.
The rice was allocated to two spoons for each of his disciples. Everyone ate it and feeled full and energetic all day.
POWERLESS FOREST FIRE:
In B.E. 2421, LP Paan made pilgrimage journey to northern-region jungle to practice his ultra Dhamma. He reached Baan NernGoom in Pitsanulok province and rested there.
One night while he was meditating to ultra state, furious forest fire spreading and surrounded his place.
He was in the top Jhana state, his sensory perception was totally close. He perceived nothing even the heat from the forest fire.
But furious forest fire did not harm or burned him to death.
The next morning, bushes and trees surrounded him were totally burned, smoke was still drifting over the burnt wood ground. But he still sat there unharmed.
After he got back to normal state of perception, villagers paid high respect to him by prostrating onto the ground.
Not long after the event had happened, villagers invited him to build a temple at a nearby location.
The temple was established and named Wat NernGoom or Wat LuangPhor Paan after his name.
His live-sized bronze statue was cast and placed there and still be there up until now.
ABBOT OF THE TWO TEMPLES:
Officially LP Paan was the abbot of Wat PikulSokan, Ayuthaya province, but practically he was also the abbot of Wat NernGoom, the northern Pitsanulok province.
The first half of the year, a fleet of long rowboats of 20 oarsmen each from Wat PikulSokan, Ayutthaya, would bring LP Paan in a procession upstream to Wat NernGoom, Pitsanulok via river routes.
And the second half of the year, villagers of Wat NernGoom with a fleet of long rowboats of 16 crews each would bring LP Paan downstream returning to Wat PikulSokan for Buddhist lent-period observance.
The great teacher LP Paan passed away in B.E. 2456 at the age of 80.
